B2B Account Manager – UAE
Arabic Speakers Required | UAE-Based Only
We are hiring for a B2B Account Manager to join a growing team in the UAE.
This role is best suited to someone with 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, client servicing, or B2B operations, ideally within a SaaS or platform-based environment.
This is not a sales-focused role. The position will focus on:
- Managing day-to-day B2B client relationships
- Supporting onboarding and user engagement
- Handling reporting, data updates, and account coordination
- Acting as a key contact for operational support and client requests
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements
- Arabic speaking is a must
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Experience in customer success / account management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good Excel and admin/CRM system experience
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred backgrounds include SaaS, health tech, wellness, or employee benefits.
