At Jude Ben Halim, we create jewelry with meaning, craftsmanship, and global reach. As our international B2B network continues to grow, we're looking for a B2B Accounts Executive to play a key role in managing and developing our global partners and key accounts.
This role sits at the heart of our commercial growth balancing strategic account management, affiliate enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Location: New Cairo | Full-time | Office-Based
What You'll Do- Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts, ensuring long-term retention, satisfaction, and renewal
- Act as the main point of contact for global affiliate partners and retailers
- Lead onboarding for new retailers, providing product, platform, and operational training
- Conduct regular business reviews, identifying upsell and growth opportunities
- Monitor account health, affiliate performance, and sales pipelines
- Coordinate international logistics, including global shipments and customs clearance
- Translate client and partner insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to process improvements and playbooks
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or Partner/Channel Management
- Strong experience working with international clients or affiliates across different time zones
- High proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Fluent / Native-level English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
