Job description:

  • Monitoring the execution of the monthly contracts approved by the Business Development Manager.
  • Supervising the team and assigning tasks among them in alignment with project priorities.
  • Coordinate with the Finishing contractors to complete the required contracting documents and ensure their compliance with the stipulated conditions.
  • Overseeing the progress of the preliminary negotiations conducted by the team and intervening when necessary to support the process.
  • Overseeing the archiving process of contracts and agreements and ensuring their proper documentation both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Monitoring the updating of the contracts database and ensuring its accuracy and completeness across all projects.
  • Participating in the evaluation of the finishing contractors by collecting performance-related data.
  • Handling the daily issues encountered by the team during contract review or coordination with external parties.
  • Monitoring the contractual obligations of the finishing contractors and reporting any contract violations to the Business Development Manager.

Job Specifications:

  • A qualification relevant to the field.
  • Five to seven years of experience.
  • Leadership and motivation skills.
  • Reporting skills.
  • Contract negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP / CRM software.
  • Advanced levels in using MS Office applications.
