Role Description
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented B2B Client Acquisition Executive to grow our corporate client base. The role focuses on identifying, approaching, and closing new B2B clients, building long-term partnerships, and turning opportunities into signed contracts.
This role is not marketing or admin-based it is for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, pitching services, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and target potential corporate clients (HR, Admin, Marketing, Procurement, CSR, and Management teams).
- Actively generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings (online & in-person) to present company services and solutions.
- Understand client pain points and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with internal teams.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Follow up with existing leads and past clients to generate repeat business.
- Maintain an updated client database and sales pipeline.
Market Intelligence
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential industries.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and upselling options.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development (fresh graduates with strong sales skills may apply).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable dealing with senior-level clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.
- Good English & Arabic communication skills.
- Experience in events, activations, hospitality, agencies, or corporate services is a plus.
