Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a motivated and results-driven
B2B Cold Caller to join the sales team of a Merch Products Provider. Starting on a part time basis with the potential to transition into a full-time role once consistent progress and results are demonstrated. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to businesses, introducing our products and services, and generating qualified leads to drive sales growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to provided targeted business leads
- Consistent follow-ups via phone and email
- Clearly communicate the value of our branded merchandise services
- Engage and qualify decision-makers to schedule appointments and set up opportunities
- Maintain a professional, confident, and friendly phone presence
- Handle basic objections and keep conversations on track
- Track outreach activity and maintain updated records
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven B2B cold-calling experience
- Experience booking meetings and appointments with decision-makers for a sales team
- Experience handling basic objections during cold calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English at minimum C1 Advanced level
- Strong American accent
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets for outreach tracking and record-keeping
- Available to work 9am-5pm US Eastern Time (ET), 20 hours per week initially
- Home office setup with minimum 60 Mbps internet connection, quiet workspace, backup power, and backup internet connectivity
Preferred Qualifications:
