Job Overview:We're looking for a sharp, articulate, and driven B2B Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to business owners and decision-makers across a variety of industries, engaging them in meaningful conversations, qualifying their interest, and setting appointments for our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to different campaign styles, and a mindset focused on results and professionalism. You'll often be the first impression for our clients, so clarity, confidence, and active listening are key.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to businesses using provided lead lists.
- Quickly identify decision-makers and initiate value-driven conversations.
- Adjust your tone, pitch, and talking points to align with different industries and campaign goals.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and gather relevant business information.
- Overcome objections and maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, or appointments on behalf of our clients.
- Document lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM accurately.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs related to calls, conversions, and appointments set.
Requirements:- Previous cold calling, inside sales, or telemarketing experience (B2B experience preferred but not required).
- Clear and professional communication skills especially over the phone.
- Ability to think on your feet, adapt to different industries, and handle objections confidently.
- Comfortable working with scripts while maintaining a natural tone and delivery.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when logging lead information.
- Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet remote work setup.
- Driven, independent, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
