- $4$6 USD per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
We are hiring driven, coachable cold callers to join our outbound sales team. Your primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to qualified prospects, follow a proven script, and generate interest or appointments for our sales team. If you're confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by performance-based pay, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily using our dialer system
- Follow proven scripts and objection-handling frameworks
- Qualify prospects based on specific criteria
- Book appointments, transfer live calls, or gather detailed lead info (depending on campaign)
- Maintain accurate notes and lead status inside CRM/dialer
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs (dials, talk time, qualified leads, conversions)
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as needed
Requirements- Strong spoken English (neutral or near-neutral accent)
- Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or call center environment preferred (not required for fast learners)
- Comfortable making 200+ dials per day
- Coachable, ambitious, and able to handle rejection professionally
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (or as required by campaign)
