Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia, if based in Dubai, must be able to travel to Saudi regularly

Contract Length: 12 months (View to extend for further 12 months)

The Role:

This is a role based in Dubai (Although can accept candidates based in Saudi, Qatar and other counitires in META region) supporting the Cloud Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META) marketing team.

The role is focused on developing, managing, and amplifying customer success stories that demonstrate the value of our clients Cloud technology to C-level and IT decision-maker audiences across enterprise organisations.

The Customer References Manager will create and manage both written and visual content for digital and non-digital channels, partnering with a wide network across Cloud, including PR & Comms, Campaigns, Brand, Analyst Relations, Product Management, Sales, and Field Marketing.

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong storytelling, project management, and relationship-building skills to extract compelling narratives and deliver content that drives awareness, engagement, and demand generation across the META region.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Reference Pipeline Management (35%)

  • Follow established processes to identify, onboard, and manage new customer references across the META region.
  • Monitor reference progress, proactively follow-up with stakeholders, and remove operational roadblocks.

Customer Experience & Advocacy (20%)

  • Ensure a strong day-to-day customer experience throughout onboarding and reference creation.
  • Act as an advocate for customers, representing their stories accurately and empathetically.

Storytelling & Content Development (25%)

  • Create compelling written and visual content that translates product value into audience-relevant solutions.
  • Shape narratives that resonate with specific audiences across digital and offline channels.

Publisher & Influencer Engagement (10%)

  • Maintain relationships with regional technology publishers and influencers to amplify customer stories.
  • Coordinate content distribution to maximise reach and visibility

Cross-functional Collaboration (10%)

  • Partner with PR & Comms, Campaign Managers, Brand, Customer Reference teams, Product, Sales, Channel & Field Marketing, Customers, and Partners to deliver outputs.
  • Coordinate complex workstreams and ensure alignment on priorities, messaging, and customer positioning.

Essential qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in B2B Communications or Marketing Content Creation
  • Excellent communication skills - written and presentation - in English and Arabic (Arabic is mandatory)
  • Meticulous grammar and proofreading skills
  • Experience developing and managing technical content
