The Role:
This is a role based in Dubai (Although can accept candidates based in Saudi, Qatar and other counitires in META region) supporting the Cloud Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META) marketing team.
The role is focused on developing, managing, and amplifying customer success stories that demonstrate the value of our clients Cloud technology to C-level and IT decision-maker audiences across enterprise organisations.
The Customer References Manager will create and manage both written and visual content for digital and non-digital channels, partnering with a wide network across Cloud, including PR & Comms, Campaigns, Brand, Analyst Relations, Product Management, Sales, and Field Marketing.
This is a customer-facing role requiring strong storytelling, project management, and relationship-building skills to extract compelling narratives and deliver content that drives awareness, engagement, and demand generation across the META region.
