B2B Operation Specialist (6 month contractor)

This is a 6-month remote contractor role.

Responsibilities

1.Support the B2B operations end-to-end and coordinate with internal teams (Product, Finance, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and Operations) to rxecute broker and institutional initiatives smoothly and resolve operational issues efficiently

2.Support documentation, process improvements, and workflow standardization to improve scalability and reduce operational risk.

3.Assist in the execution of Institution& broker-related activities including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews.

4.Support payment-related operations for brokers and institutional clients, including:

• Calculation and processing of rebates, commissions, and incentive payouts
• Coordination with internal finance and payment teams to ensure timely settlement
• Reconcile payment records and assist in resolving discrepancies or disputes.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for all broker and institutional payment flows.

5.Identify recurring operational issues and propose process or system improvements.

6.Manage operational issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

7.Support relationship management by delivering a reliable, transparent, and efficient operational experience.

8.Perform other related duties as assigned, adapting to evolving needs in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in operations, payments operations, client operations, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational workflows with accuracy.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry is preferred
