Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a B2B Partnerships Specialist. The B2B Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to foster business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and acquiring potential partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, managing contractual agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align partnership goals with corporate strategies. The specialist will also analyze market opportunities and contribute to sales initiatives to maximize the organization's business development potential in its core industries.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in developing and maintaining Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships
- Proficient Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and performance analysis
- A solid understanding of Sales strategies and business development processes
- Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate, hospitality, trading, or related industries is a plus
