Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a B2B Sales Account Manager. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include lead generation, developing strategy to meet sales objectives, and ensuring client needs are met with effective communication. The candidate will be a central point of contact for B2B clients and collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Account Management, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and manage client relationships
  • A sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in the telecommunications or messaging industry is an advantage
