We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales and Marketing Executive to accelerate business growth and strengthen our market presence. The successful candidate will represent our consultancy, articulating complex engineering solutions into strategic, high-value partnerships with developers, government entities, and corporate organizations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, develop, and convert qualified leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and content initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3years of B2B sales and marketing experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) sector.
- Strong command of professional English, including technical and corporate terminology.
- Polished professional presence with the ability to operate confidently in high-level corporate and luxury environments.
- In-depth understanding of B2B marketing funnels and the architectural project lifecycle.
