We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and take ownership of client acquisition and revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing services and knows how to convert conversations into long-term clients.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients across target industries through a consultative sales approach
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Lead discovery calls and pitch presentations, clearly articulating our agency's value proposition
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase to ensure a smooth client handover
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a digital marketing, media, or agency environment
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, paid media, social, content, web)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Existing network of business decision-makers is a strong plus
