Job Summary
We are seeking a pioneering Enterprise Strategic Solutions Consultant to architect and drive the adoption of our integrated visual technology platforms within large-scale organizations. This is not a transactional sales role. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and department heads, diagnosing complex business challenges in content creation, communication, and workflow efficiency. By designing and proposing sophisticated ecosystems of hardware, software, and services, you will deliver transformative solutions that impact our clients core operations and competitive edge. Success is measured by strategic account penetration, long-term revenue growth, and the establishment of benchmark enterprise partnerships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership:Develop and execute multi-year account plans for a portfolio of 8-12 targeted enterprise accounts (e.g., Fortune 1000, major media conglomerates, top-tier universities, healthcare systems).
- C-Level Consultative Engagement:Conduct discovery sessions to uncover pain points in visual storytelling, internal communications, training, marketing, and production workflows. Build compelling business cases focused on ROI, TCO, and strategic advantage.
- Solution Architecture:Collaborate with our Solutions Engineering and Product teams to design customized, scalable technology ecosystems that may include cinema cameras, broadcast systems, PTZ robotics, live production switchers, asset management software, and full-service support agreements.
- Complex Deal Orchestration:Navigate and align multiple stakeholders across procurement, IT, security, legal, marketing, and creative departments to build consensus and drive deals to closure.
- Contract Negotiation:Lead negotiations for master service agreements (MSAs), enterprise licensing agreements, and seven-figure deals with proficiency in legal and financial terms.
- Industry Expertise:Serve as the client's and our internal team's authority on trends in videography, live production, enterprise video, and imaging technology.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Be the voice of the enterprise customer to inform product development, marketing strategy, and service delivery models.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Film/Media Production, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical certification is a significant plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive, quota-carrying B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on complex, solution-selling into large enterprises.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar annual quotas, with documented success in selling integrated technology solutions (hardware + software + services).
- Deep, existing network and sales experience within one or more key verticals: Corporate Enterprise, Broadcast & Media, Higher Education, Healthcare, or Government.
- Prior experience in the professional photography, videography, broadcast, or pro-AV industry ishighly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Masterful Consultative Selling:Expertise in SPIN, Challenger Sale, or other solution-selling methodologies.
- Financial & Business Acumen:Ability to create financial models, ROI analyses, and board-level presentations.
- Technical Fluency:Must articulate technical specifications of imaging technology (e.g., codecs, sensor sizes, IP video workflows, integration APIs) in the context of business outcomes.
- Executive Presence & Communication:Exceptional ability to influence, persuade, and build trust with senior leaders. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management:Skilled at managing long (6-18 month) sales cycles with multiple parallel workstreams.
