Job Description
Job Scope
Responsible for developing and managing B2B sales of chemical products used in the textile industry, while providing technical support to customers, identifying their production requirements, and developing long-term business relationships with textile manufacturers, dyeing, finishing, and printing facilities.
Responsibilities
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Textile Chemicals business.
· Develop new customers and expand the existing customer portfolio within the textile industry.
· Conduct regular customer visits to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
· Promote and sell chemical products and solutions used in textile dyeing, printing, finishing, and related processes.
· Provide basic technical support and product recommendations according to customer applications and production requirements.
· Coordinate with the Technical, R&D, Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams to resolve customer technical issues.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on customer orders until delivery.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product opportunities within the textile chemicals market.
· Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, visit reports, and sales forecasts.
· Follow up on customer payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
· Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers when required.
· Participate in customer trials and follow up on product performance and feedback.
· Identify opportunities for cross-selling and increasing business with existing customers.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and applicable safety requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant scientific discipline.
· Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in Textile Chemicals.
· Experience with chemical products used in textile dyeing, printing, finishing, or textile processing is highly preferred.
· Good understanding of textile chemical applications and production processes.
· Good command of Microsoft Office.
· Good command of English is preferred.
· Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
· Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.
