Elchai Group is building a lean, execution-focused sales engine to grow high-ticket B2B revenue across the GCC. We are looking for a Sales Developer who can open doors, speak with decision-makers, and generate real sales pipeline.
This is not a passive role and not a brand awareness position.
Your performance is measured by qualified meetings and opportunities created.
What You Will Do
What We Are Looking For
25 years of B2B outbound sales experience
Experience selling high-ticket services such as consulting, IT, AI, or digital solutions
Familiarity with GCC business culture and decision processes
Strong English communication skills, Arabic is a plus
Structured, disciplined, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently with clear targets
