Delta Construction is seeking a motivated and results-driven
B2B Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a
full-time, on-site opportunity where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and representing our company with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product/service value.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align technical and business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Work Conditions:
- Location: On-site with Delta Construction.
- Working Days: Saturday to Thursday.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.
