Bus14 is a technology-enabled transportation company operating in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, providing school, employee and corporate transportation services. We're building our B2B Sales Department in Egypt and welcome applications from junior and senior sales professionals.

About the Role

Based in Cairo, you will manage the sales cycle from identifying potential customers and making first contact to closing deals and developing long-term accounts. You will work closely with operations and customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and approach potential corporate and institutional customers.

• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking and customer visits.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with operations to prepare suitable transportation solutions.

• Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, negotiate terms and close deals.

• Maintain an organised sales pipeline with clear follow-up actions.

• Coordinate the handover and launch of new customer accounts.

• Follow up with customers alongside customer service to maintain satisfaction.

• Manage renewals, identify additional sales opportunities and support payment follow-up.

• Report sales progress, customer feedback and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Junior candidates: strong communication skills, initiative and a willingness to learn B2B sales.

• Senior candidates: proven experience generating leads, closing B2B deals and managing customer accounts.

• Strong negotiation, organisation and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently and towards agreed targets.

• Good command of Arabic and working knowledge of English.

• Based in Greater Cairo and available for customer meetings.

• Experience in transportation, logistics or service sales is an advantage.
