Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Events & Awards

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in the events industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling event-related products and services — including awards, trophies, and branded merchandise — and knows how to build lasting relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across corporate, government, and private sector clients
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular follow-ups and relationship building
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and product samples to prospects
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the events, awards, or promotional products industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Preference will be given to non-Arab candidates
