Job Description
* Identify and target potential B2B clients in sectors such as construction, real estate, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings.
* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to showcase services.
* Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals in coordination with internal teams. Lead contract negotiation and close deals with new and existing clients.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
* Maintain accurate records on CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
* Skills & Competencies:
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities. Ability to understand technical services (maintenance, cleaning, FM solutions).
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 35 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction or maintenance).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English.
- Valid manual driving license.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to build strong client relationships
