FITT Meals is a growing food production company operating at scale across the UAE. We produce chef-crafted, nutritionally balanced meals for a wide range of clients including gyms, retailers, corporates, sports teams, and food service operators.
As we expand our B2B division, we are seeking a commercially driven B2B Sales Manager to support the growth of high-volume, contract-based business and maximise utilisation of our production capacity.
The Role
This is a revenue-focused role responsible for generating and closing new B2B business across multiple channels. The successful candidate will sell across our full production capability, including branded products, white label manufacturing, bulk meal production, and retail-ready items.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across the UAE
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct outbound sales activity including calls, meetings, and site visits
- Pitch tailored solutions based on client requirements and operational capabilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing
- Negotiate pricing aligned with volume, margin, and production feasibility
- Work closely with the Culinary Director on contract validation, ensuring all deals are commercially viable and operationally executable before approval
- Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding of new contracts
- Develop and grow existing accounts, increasing volume and long-term value
Key Responsibilities
- Target sectors including gyms, retail, corporates, universities, sports teams, and labour accommodation
- Secure medium to large-scale contracts across multiple channels
- Take joint ownership (with the Culinary Director) of contract approvals, aligning product, cost, and production capability
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and production capacity utilisation
Performance Expectations
- Consistent generation of new business and closed revenue
- Monthly revenue growth and pipeline development
- Contribution to overall production capacity utilisation
- Expansion of accounts across multiple sectors
Typical contract values range from AED 20,000 to AED 500,000+ per month, depending on scope and volume.
Candidate Profile
- 36 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the UAE
- Experience in food, FMCG, catering, or hospitality is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and generate revenue
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing and margin considerations
- Ability to work cross-functionally with culinary and operations teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to operate across multiple product categories and customer types
