B2B Sales Manager - Investment Real Estate | Remote (worldwide)

Salary: up to $2,000 (monthly) + 1% commission

Location: Remote (worldwide)

We are working exclusively with a multi-award-winning international real estate investment developer, recently recognised as one of the fastest-growing luxury property groups in Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean. Following record sales volume in 2024, they are expanding their global partner network and hiring a B2B Manager to lead broker and agency channel development across English-speaking markets.

The role

You will build and own a structured partner network of brokers, agencies, and investor-facing intermediaries — driving deals from first contact through to signature. Remote and self-directed, reporting to the Head of Sales.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain a network of 40+ active real estate partners
  • Manage inbound leads and run outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom, and Google Meet
  • Own deals end-to-end from first contact to close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM

What we are looking for

  • Proven B2B sales experience in investment real estate in UAE, Cyprus, Thailand, Spain, or similar international markets
  • An existing broker or investor database is a major advantage
  • Strong English (native or near-native). German, Russian, or Spanish are a plus
  • CRM-proficient, comfortable with digital sales tools and remote working
