Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Manager located in Qesm El Nozha. The B2B Sales Manager will oversee and manage relationships with business clients, identify new market opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include negotiating and closing deals, conducting market analysis, building strong client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and retain wholesale accounts across Egypt through field visits, calls and digital outreach.
- Negotiate prices, prepare offers, close orders, schedule delivery and collect payments.
- Run Facebook/Instagram ads targeting store owners; convert inbox leads into orders.
- Manage Amazon Egypt & Jumia listings: update prices, push promos, reply to shoppers.
- Operate WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to segmented buyer lists.
- Upload new styles to Shopify B2B catalogue, set MOQ and keep stock synced.
- Report revenue, stock and campaign results weekly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing B2B sales strategies, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in market analysis, sales forecasting, and lead generation
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects effectively
- Knowledge of the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
