Job Description

We are looking for a process-driven, consultative B2B Sales Manager who can operate within a structured, CRM-led sales environment. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, maintaining strict CRM discipline, and driving recurring revenue through structured deal execution.

The ideal candidate is a builder and self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, creates clarity through process, stays accountable through data, and scales execution consistently.

Key Objectives

  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using defined sales stages.
  • Drive structured deal progression from lead qualification to closure.
  • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene, ensuring every lead, stage, and next action is documented daily.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysis, Solution Design, and Implementation teams for smooth handovers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through value-based selling rather than discounting.
  • Participate in weekly CRM inspections and monthly forecast reviews with leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads within the jewellery retail ecosystem, including ERP, RFID, POS, and automation solutions.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify customer pain points and quantify business value.
  • Manage product demos, proposals, and negotiations involving multiple stakeholders (owners, operations, IT teams).
  • Track and manage all opportunities within the CRM with clear stage definitions and next actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure readiness for implementation and delivery.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline reports covering pipeline vs targets, deal ageing, discount levels, and winloss analysis.
  • Participate consistently in scheduled CRM reviews and deal review meetings.
  • Uphold strict process discipline with zero tolerance for unlogged deals or unreported delays.

Requirements

  • Experience or exposure to jewellery retail technology, ERP, POS, RFID, or automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, deal velocity, and forecasting logic.
  • Proven experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Ability to structure, document, and manage deals step by step.
  • Comfortable working with dashboards, inspections, and transparent reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills with business owners, operations heads, and IT managers.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a process-driven and accountability-focused mindset.
  • 35 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales.
