Nirvana Mangoes is a premium Indian brand specializing in fresh produce, frozen (IQF), and freeze-dried mango products, supplying high-quality mangoes to international markets. With a growing presence in the Middle East, Nirvana Mangoes is focused on building strong B2B partnerships across retail, HORECA, and wholesale channels.
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager, based in Dubai, to lead our B2B and HORECA expansion in the UAE. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder / CEO, this role will own the complete sales cycle - from opening doors with executive chefs to negotiating supply contracts with leading retail chains.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive market penetration by identifying and onboarding new customers across key channels:
a)HORECA: Hotels, premium restaurants, and catering companies (Fresh & Freeze-Dried products)
b)Modern Trade: Large supermarket and specialty grocery chains such as Spinneys, Lulu, and Kibsons
c) Wholesale: Build relationships within Al Aweer Fruit & Vegetable Market
- Manage product diversification and sales mix to ensure year-round revenue:
a) Peak Season: Fresh Alphonso and Kesar mangoes
b) Off-Season: Frozen (IQF) mango pulp/slices and freeze-dried mango snacks or ingredients
- Conduct regular sampling and product presentations, including daily sample runs showcasing fruit quality, origin, and technical specifications (e.g., Brix levels).
- Own end-to-end account management, including client onboarding, contract negotiations, order execution, and payment collection.
- Gather and share market intelligence on competitor pricing, channel performance, and seasonal demand trends to support pricing and sales strategy decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Dubai/UAE F&B sector.
- Prior experience in fresh produce, frozen foods, or food ingredients is strongly preferred.
- Proven and active network of contacts with Category Managers, Buyers, and Executive Chefs across the UAE.
- Working knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) food import regulations and cold chain requirements.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to open doors and close deals.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a vehicle.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage.
