Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Alexandria for a B2B Sales (Outdoor) professional. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential partner businesses, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting and promoting Bekya Pay's services, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes training clients, managing sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction while aligning with the company's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills to build and maintain long-term B2B partnerships.
- Proven ability in B2B sales and deal closing, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Mid-level experience (24 years only) in B2B sales; retail sales experience is highly preferred.
- Experience conducting client meetings and presentations to effectively communicate the company's solutions and value proposition.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the recycling, waste management, or sustainability sector is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hybrid model (office + field visits).
