Job Description

We are hiring a and tech-savvy B2B Sales Representative to accelerate our growth and establish strong relationships with AI and technology leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead inbound sales efforts by engaging warm leads, identifying needs, and guiding prospects toward discovery calls.

- Perform LinkedIn outreach (LI outreach) and cold calling to connect with technology and AI executives across the Middle East.

- Initiate conversations that feel consultative, value-driven, and not overly salesy, positioning the company as a strategic partner.

- Build and maintain multi-touch outreach sequences, combining LinkedIn messages, email touchpoints, and follow-ups to increase engagement.

- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges, especially within telecom and banking sectors.

- Present the company's AI solutions and event platform capabilities in a clear, compelling, and business-oriented way.

- Manage and update CRM systems with lead information, conversation notes, and pipeline activity.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to move deals forward as fast and smoothly as possible.

- Represent the brand in a professional, knowledgeable manner aligned with the company's vision and technical depth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 1+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology solutions.

- Strong background in prospecting, cold outreach, and LinkedIn-based lead generation.

- Comfortable speaking with tech leaders, innovation teams, and executives without sounding pushy or sales-heavy.

- Experience selling to enterprise-level clientspreferably within the telecommunications, banking, or Middle Eastern marketsis a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with AI concepts, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation trends.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions.

- Highly organized, target-driven, and able to manage high-velocity outreach.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help push deals forward quickly.

- Fluent English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
