Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to drive new business and manage project-based sales for fitness and wellness solutions.

The ideal candidate should have B2B sales experience within fitness equipment, engineering, landscaping, construction, contracting, building materials, or similar project-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new B2B leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, developers, contractors, consultants, hotels, gyms, clubs, and other commercial accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to quotations, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
  • Conduct site visits and understand client/project requirements.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Follow up on RFQs, tenders, and project opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, project sales, or business development.
  • Background in fitness equipment, engineering, landscaping, construction, contracting, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close commercial deals.
  • Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, developers, procurement teams, or corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with client visits and field sales.
