Job Purpose:
AKI Environmental Services is seeking a proactive and customer-focused B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist to support the growth of its Pest Management Services division in Abu Dhabi.
The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets by promoting pest management solutions to corporate and commercial customers.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within facility management, pest control, cleaning, hygiene, environmental services, or related industries, with strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
- Promote pest management solutions based on customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers and key decision-makers.
- Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable service solutions.
- Support customer retention and long-term partnerships.
Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Follow up on business opportunities and client requirements.
- Support contract negotiations and closing activities.
Market Development:
- Identify opportunities across:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
- Mandatory experience in corporate sales and client acquisition.
