B2B Sales Specialist Automotive Sector | KSA

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Specialist with solid experience in the automotive sector to lead corporate contracting and business development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The role focuses on securing long-term agreements with insurance companies, corporate fleet owners, and companies operating in-house workshops, aiming to grow repair services and spare parts sales.

Employment Type: Full-time

Coverage: Nationwide Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure contracts with insurance companies for accident vehicle repairs.
  • Develop maintenance and repair agreements with corporate fleet owners.
  • Offer spare parts supply solutions to companies with in-house workshops.
  • Prepare commercial offers, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Achieve defined monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and warehouse teams to ensure service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 35 years of B2B sales experience (automotive, spare parts, or workshops preferred).
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair operations and spare parts.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with KPI-based performance.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Valid driving license.
