Reports To: CEO

About the Role

We're looking for a team member to drive new business and partnerships within the UAE's technology and innovation ecosystem. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who understands the UAE's startup, SaaS, or finance landscape and is eager to grow with a fast-moving, globally backed fintech.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and convert new business opportunities within tech, finance, and innovation sectors.

Build and maintain relationships with founders, CFOs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.

Present and demonstrate organizations platform to potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from

outreach to closing.

Work closely with the CEO and partnerships team to align sales activities with company growth goals.

Contribute to sales materials, outreach campaigns, and event participation (occasional travel required).

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account

management, with required experience in the startup, scale-up, or VC ecosystem, ideally within tech,

SaaS, or financial services.

Network: Strong understanding of the UAE's business ecosystem is a must; existing local connections are

a plus.

Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Mindset: Driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Language: English fluency required; Arabic proficiency a plus.

Mobility: Available for regular in-person meetings or events within the UAE.
