B2B Sales Representative (Offshore Harlow Account)

Company: Innovative Work Solutions

Shifts : Night shifts 4-1am

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo

Innovative Work Solutions is hiring experienced B2B Sales Representatives to support our offshore client. The role involves engaging with business clients, generating sales opportunities, managing pipelines, and consistently achieving targets within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

We are looking for professionals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven offshore telesales experience.Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B outbound sales calls to international clients.

Identify prospects, present solutions, and close sales effectively.

Manage leads, maintain pipelines, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.

Build strong relationships with business clients to drive retention and referrals.

Update and track all interactions and progress using CRM systems.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

Net Salary: 25,000 EGP

Sales Bonus: Up to 10,000 EGP based on performance and targets

Transportation Allowance: 2,200 EGP provided by IWS

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 1 year of B2B telesales experience

Previous offshore sales experience is mandatory

Fluent English (B2+ level)

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and target-achievement skills

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot)

Proficiency in MS Office apply noww!!
