Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Riyadh, KSA. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. Additional responsibilities include market research, analyzing trends, and creating tailored solutions for clients to drive revenue growth and expand the company's network.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to exceed targets
  • Experience in market research and identifying business growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, preferably with experience in hotel contracting or wholesale travel
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and act proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
