What You'll Do

Architect and develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Quarkus

Build cloud-native microservices with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools

Implement security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC) aligned with ISO 27001, SAMA, NIST

Optimise performance with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)

Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver resilient platforms

Mentor junior developers and raise the bar on backend engineering practices

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Certifications in Java, Spring, Kubernetes, or Cloud DevOps are a plus

7+ years of hands-on backend development experience

Strong command of Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API design

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes

Solid grasp of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and CI/CD pipelines

Agile mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
