Role Description

We are seeking an English Speaker (B2-C1) to join the TP team in a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves effectively communicating with clients and customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will work collaboratively with team members to provide solutions and maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and processes. This position entails balancing efficiency with a customer-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
• Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various software and systems effectively.
• Adaptability and a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
