Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Back Office Chat Account Agent B2 English Account UAE. The agent will manage back office operations, providing support through chat and other channels. The role involves responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate communication, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging effectively with clients
  • Excellent command of English, with a minimum B2 level proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior work experience in a similar role is an advantage
