Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Back Office professional fluent in English. The role involves managing back-office operations efficiently, handling customer service requests, processing data and correspondence, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. The employee will work collaboratively with various departments, providing support in communication, sales, or finance functions as required.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and experience in managing administrative tasks and data processing.
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to liaise effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction with professional and timely responses.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Sales functions, with the ability to provide support in managing related processes.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in Qesm El Maadi.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in related fields are a plus.
