The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and integrations that power our critical enterprise resource planning system. This role requires a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, database management, and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and APIs using ASP.NET .NET 8 (C#).

• Design and manage MongoDB databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

• Implement and maintain complex business logic within an established E-commerce-derived framework.

• Work with DevExpress for report generation and customization, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.

•Integrate with various internal and external systems, including financial platforms and other specialized plugins.

• Collaborate with frontend developers to define API contracts and ensure seamless integration.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitVersion) to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.

•  Adhere to project-specific coding conventions, including detailed commenting and change logging.

Required Skills & Experience:

•  Proven experience as a Backend Developer with ASP.NET (C#), preferably with .NET 8.

•  Strong proficiency in MongoDB database design, querying, and optimization.

•  Experience with ERP systems or large-scale business application development is highly desirable.

•  Familiarity with DevExpress reporting tools.

•  Understanding of dependency injection frameworks, such as Autofac.

•  Experience with SignalR for real-time communication.

•  Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitVersion).

•  Ability to work effectively in a Windows development environment.

•  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•  Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Points:

•   Experience with localization systems, particularly for Arabic and English.

•   Familiarity with financial or HR/Payroll domain knowledge.
