We are looking for skilled Saudi Backend Developers or Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs, and, for full stack profiles, contributing to frontend development as well. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys building robust systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product owners, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- For Full Stack profiles: contribute to frontend development and integration with backend services
- Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and clean code
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in a collaborative team environment
