Position: Backend Developer (PHP Laravel)

Role Overview
The Backend Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side components of
Dwelleo's AI-powered real estate platform. This role requires strong experience with PHP Laravel, database design, and API development. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent ownership and a growth mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic and APIs
- Build and optimize database schemas in MySQL
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security features
- Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, map APIs, etc.)
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and AWS ECS
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
- Write unit and integration tests
Required Technical Skills
- 3-5 years of experience with PHP and Laravel framework
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Proficiency in MySQL database design and optimization
- Experience with Docker containerization
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS)
- Version control with Git and GitHub workflows
- Understanding of information system architecture and design patterns
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit)
