We're seeking a skilled
Senior Backend Engineer to join our Tech team at Telda.
In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend systems that support our application. You'll work closely with the team to build innovative and high-quality solutions!
Key Responsibilities:
- Transforming product requirements into technical requirements and owning the delivery of those requirements E2E utilizing the available resources
- Architect and implement backend solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and performant, with a strong focus on high-quality code
- Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of backend engineering experience, ideally in high-growth environments
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g. Go, Python, Java, C, C++)
