Backend Supervisor

Drive Finance is one of Egypt's top three factoring companies, licensed by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) since the third quarter of 2012. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for the position of Backend Supervisor. In this role, the Backend Supervisor will manage and oversee the backend operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include leading a team, coordinating daily workflows, analyzing operational metrics, resolving process bottlenecks, and collaborating with other departments to optimize backend efficiency. The role also involves training and supporting team members to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
• Proficiency in analyzing operational metrics and implementing process improvements for backend efficiency
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills for handling process challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams
• Experience in the finance, auto, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems to streamline backend operations
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
