Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of backend engineers, ensuring high-quality software development.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap, architecture, and coding best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, frontend teams, and DevOps for seamless integrations.
- Design and implement backend solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
- Manage team performance, mentorship, and career growth of engineers.
- Conduct regular code reviews, promote continuous improvement, and enforce development standards.
- Advocate for Agile best practices and efficient development workflows.
Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years in backend development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in .NET Core, SQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and cloud platforms.
- Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and mentoring developers.
- Ability to design and scale enterprise-level microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of high-performance computing, security compliance, and distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI-driven solutions, automation frameworks, and fintech/payment systems (if applicable).
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop engineers.
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
