Backside Pump Operators

• Operate backside pumping units and associated pumping equipment
• Monitor pump rates, pressures, and job parameters during operations
• Assist in rig-up/rig-down of pumping spread and surface equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and pre/post-job equipment checks
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Maintain accurate job logs and operational records
• Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and field crews onsite
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in backside pumping operations
• Experience in well intervention preferred
• Strong understanding of pumping systems, valves, and pressure control equipment
• Ability to work in demanding field and remote environments
• Good communication and teamwork skills
