Job Title: Bakery Chef

Location: Libya

Specialization: Croissants & Tarts

Salary: USD 1,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Bakery Chef who specializes in croissants, tarts, and premium baked products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about baking, have hands-on expertise in laminated dough, and be able to produce high-quality items consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, bake, and present high-quality croissants, tarts, and other bakery items.
  • Handle laminated dough and ensure perfect texture, layers, and taste.
  • Develop and execute new bakery recipes as per menu requirements.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Manage daily production schedules and ensure timely output.
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
  • Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 25 years of experience as a Bakery Chef / Pastry Chef.
  • Strong expertise in croissants, tarts, puff pastries, and bakery techniques.
  • Knowledge of baking temperatures, dough fermentation, and lamination techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Libya.
