Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent operating at our New Cairo branch. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting life insurance products, and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial and protection needs. The role involves regular client communication, maintaining strong customer relationships, and continuously improving sales skills through ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build trust and relationships with clients.
• Experience or skillset in Sales and Insurance for effectively addressing client needs and achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a target-oriented sales environment.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and individually to meet client and organizational goals.
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial sector is an added advantage.
