Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bancassurance Specialist located in Giza. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with banking partners and customers to promote and sell insurance products. The Bancassurance Specialist will also analyze client needs, provide appropriate insurance solutions, and achieve sales targets by delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales, client acquisition, and relationship management experience
  • Knowledge of financial products, insurance services, and banking operations
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance or finance is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
