Bancassurance Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time Bancassurance Specialist role, based on-site in Cairo. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling financial and insurance products in partnership with banking institutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, developing customized solutions, maintaining relationships with banking partners, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable financial or insurance solutions
• Sales, negotiation, and marketing expertise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of local financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the banking or insurance sector is a plus
