Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist located in Cairo. The Bancassurance Specialist will actively promote and sell MetLife's insurance products to bank customers through our banking partners. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, offering customized insurance solutions, maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and supporting clients throughout the insurance process to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Sales, Relationship Management, and Customer Service
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Basic understanding of Financial Services, Insurance Products, and Market Trends
• Ability to work in a team, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
• Previous experience in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• A proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
