Job Description

Lead the strategy, design, and execution of our BaaS platform capabilities, ensuring scalable and secure banking infrastructure.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of BaaS products, including APIs for accounts, payments, cards, lending, KYC/AML, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Marketing) to deliver partner-driven banking solutions.
Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements..
Drive partner onboarding, integration, and lifecycle management including fintechs, NBFCs, and ecosystem players.
Ensure robust monitoring, SLAs, and operational excellence across BaaS platform services.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments, industry trends, and competitor landscape to steer product and strategy adjustments.
Serve as the domain authority and thought leader within the BaaS vertical.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or related domains, with at least 3 years focused on BaaS or embedded finance.
Deep understanding of banking and payments infrastructure (core banking, payment rails, card networks, KYC/AML processes, etc.).
Proven experience in API-first product development.
Strong understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks in banking.
Experience working with fintechs, regulators, and third-party technology providers.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams and influence across a matrixed organization.
